Background:

Molly received her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Stanford University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. She has over 400 hours of advanced training in cross-cultural, transformative, and workplace mediation as well as interest-based negotiation. She served on the board of the Oregon Mediation Association and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Molly has been a member of the National Association for Conflict Resolution since 1993.
